ArangoDB Dev Days: Available On-Demand
Last month, we held our first-ever virtual developer conference: ArangoDB Dev Days.
We had a blast spending the week with the ArangoDB community, and are now even more happy to share that all five days of talks, including our hands-on workshops, are available on demand.
There’s a lot of content to sift through, so take your time, but we hope you enjoy learning more about what’s in store for ArangoDB.
From the Blog: A Comprehensive Case Study of GraphSage
Check out our latest blog post that presents a comprehensive study on the theoretical and practical understanding of GraphSage. It covers:
- What is GraphSage
- Neighbourhood Sampling
- Getting Hands-on Experience with GraphSage and PyTorch Geometric Library
- Open-Graph-Benchmark’s Amazon Product Recommendation Dataset
- Creating and Saving a model
- Generating Graph Embeddings Visualizations and Observations
Graph & Beyond Lunch Break: Advanced Aggregation Queries with AQL
In our final Lunch Break of 2021, Simran will explore more variants of the COLLECT operation, including COLLECT with AGGREGATE as an efficient way to compute statistical properties during grouping.

Community Spotlight: ArangoDB & AQL in Portuguese Community Notebook
Do you have a project or tool that the ArangoDB community might be interested in?
If so, we would love to add it to our growing list of repositories in the ArangoDB Community GitHub organization. This GitHub organization serves as a place for more people to find out about your project, and even help you develop it!
Our Interactive Tutorials repository has a library of Python notebooks available covering the full spectrum of ArangoDB features, and we welcome any additions from the community.
Criando e analisando dados com AQL (AQL in Portuguese Notebook)
This week we are excited to show off a community notebook: ArangoDB & AQL in Portuguese!
This notebook, submitted by GitHub community member Janio de Souza Lima (janiosl), walks you through getting started with ArangoDB and AQL in Portuguese. It’s a great place to get started with ArangoDB and Python.
A word from Janio:
* Mini Curso ArangoDB (AULA 01)
* Mini Curso ArangoDB (AULA 02)
* Mini Curso ArangoDB (AULA 03)
* Reprodução do Benchmark ArangoDB
Check out the notebook in our Community Notebooks section here, and be sure to open a PR to add your own!
